Upon buying the New School or Old School membership, a confirmation email has been sent to you, which includes your login info for the app. It may take up to 24 hours before everything is finalized and ready to go, but it usually takes only a few hours. Can’t find the email? Look in your spam box, or contact us here.
Want to change our password? Just hit the “Reset” button at login. You will receive an email (sent to the email you used to purchase your New School or Old School membership) with a link to change your password.
Step 3: Edit Your Profile
Feel free to change your name so it appears how you want it. You may also add a photo, so it is easy for people to recognize you.

I can't login. What do I do?
Have you purchased a New School or Old School membership? If yes, the login info has been sent to you by email. Can’t find the email? Write to us here.
If you haven’t purchased a New School or Old School membership and simply want to have access to the content that is on the app, you will have to pay for a yearly access, which will be charged to your Google Play account or your App Store account. You may choose whatever email as your username.
I want to change my password. How can I do?
At the moment, the best way to change your password is to reset it. This means that, if you have logged in with your temporary password, you need to log out, and then hit “reset password” at login. Alternatively, you may contact us here with your desired password and we will be able to change it for you. Rest reassured, those emails are strictly confidential and the information isn’t stored anywhere.
The Live Streams section shows an error message.
The 404 page that shows on the Live Streams section simply means that there are no live streams scheduled at the moment.
Is the app available in a language other than English?
The Club app is only available in English at the moment. While the interface remains unchanged, we will use generally make posts in English, French, and Japanese.
